Harp Students:

Are you interested in learning to play the folk (celtic) harp? Laura applies the best of classical training and technique to the vast repetoire and traditions of folk music to give a new harp student a grounding in both worlds.

New students are recommended to rent a harp while getting familiar with the instrument before making the large purchase of their own harp. There are several Bay Area and California based companies that will rent harps for as little as $40 - $50 a month, some of them rent-to-own programs!

Piano Students:

Is it time to take that leap and learn how to read music and play the piano? Beginners of all ages are welcome! Laura offers several different series approaches to learning piano based on a person's age group, prior experience with music or piano as well as learning style.

Piano is a fundamental instrument and whether a student wishes to specialize on piano, or later combine or branch out to other instruments, it is a skill and a joy that can be enjoyed a lifetime!

Tuition/Fees:

Charged by the month, fees depend on length of lesson multiplied by the number of weeks in the month. Payment is due at the first lesson of each month. Concellations should be made 24 hours in advance, in which ase Laura will work with you to schedule a make-up lesson.
